So excited about this guy. Glad the Flames didn't rush him into the lineup. He's going to be a beauty next year. Future looks bright!

Don't you remember it was just a plot so he would drop past Edmonton to us! And I do believe he played in Kingston for most of the season with that shoulder injury.

6 points in 4 games and Kingston is 3-1 in those 4 games.

They're not going to get swept in the first round at this rate.

My favorite play there was bouncing off the one defender and then making a heads up pass to his teammate. I love seeing that.

Thanks for the videos AC. If you keep them coming I am sure they will be much appreciated! It's a nice to be able to see some of Bennetts plays and not just read about them!

Us old guys remember Doug Gilmour. The comparison is almost perfect. I haven't seen that kind of Tasmanian devil pugnaciousness on a player since then. No quit, just like "killer" was.

I know I'm a genius for putting this thought together but I'm thinking Bennett + Gaudreau = droooool

Both can stick handle tremendously and both have good vision for passing.. Maybe even like a Gaudreau - Bennett - Hudler next year

Random guess at a starting lineup next season:

Colborne-Monahan-Hudler
Gaudreau-Bennett-Poirier
Bouma-Backlund-Jones
Ferland-Shore-Jooris

Gio-Brodie
Russell-Wideman
Wotherspoon-Engelland

Ortio

I know he's playing against kids but damn if he doesn't look like Forsberg or Jagr in those clips. Like impossible to budge him or take him off the puck. O_O
