“@RogMillions: Someone yells from #Flames dressing room at games end "call the cops!" Yes they stole one.”

I guess they want philly to win since that will give them less competion for 1st overall. However, Philly is 20 points ahead of the oilers

Or they mean that the Oilers are no help to the Flames!

Can we somehow acquire Wayne Simmonds?

...because that would be swell.

Thought for sure the team would find a way to lose after losing the 2 goal lead. Shame on me. Solid game by the D corps.

Good they played keep away in OT...and Mason let in a softy. Stole that one for sure, but will take it.

Solid play by Engelland...33 shifts (4 games ago he had 16, 2 games ago he had 11) and almost 23 minutes.

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.

Engelland needs to earn his pay now.

Would step up for Pens when they had injuries and that was why they loved him, needs to do the same for us now.

Another game I attended that they actually won! Thought flames were way better first and second periods and thoroughly dominated in the third. Not stolen.

Loved that play where he out muscled Voracek and made a solid breakout pass right after.

If Engelland can play that way 80% of the time I'll feel a lot better about our back end going down the stretch.

I think he's discovered a second wind. He'll have to play lots of minutes anyways for the rest of the year so hopefully that builds his confidence and skills.

Might benefit from a separate thread, but I'm really starting to think about Ramo's future in Calgary. There wasn't much discussion about him prior to the deadline even though he is a UFA. I also don't think that it was because of Ortio's injury that they decided to keep him either. I think those two things are exclusive.

I'm wondering if they may be mulling over whether to sign Ramo to a new deal and make Hiller available. I personally think Ramo is a better goalie, albeit streaky, but most goalies are. He's been playing amazingly in the last little while so clearly he has the skillset to be a number 1 goalie. The team seems calm in front of him which is not the sense I get when Hiller plays. Thoughts?

I've been saying it for a while now but Engelland looks much better when paired with a good puck mover.

I thought he looked fine with Russell the first couple weeks of the season and same situation now with Brodie.

Also why he looked better with Diaz instead of Smid.

Smid and him together is a puck moving disaster though.
