I'm looking at upgrading a pc and am just looking at the CPU and motherboard right now.

I'm thinking about this combination, advise or other options?

I'd do something like this

$169+$89... better performance at only a few bucks off of your limit through shopping around.

Though the power draw is a little high for this.
