Wow what a deal for Carolina... a first for a guy who in my opinion is a defensively and physically soft #4 guy who's only real value is as a 2nd unit powerplay specialist.
If that 1st is this year with how good this draft is or the prospect has any value... ouch.
Defencemen are at such a premium this year, wish the flames had one to sell.

Man ppl love their 1sts. Sekera is helluva good top 4 dman. Will give them a HUGE boost. Remember they already have a top pair. He will come in and much ess responsibility then he had with Canes. Good deal for both sides.

Well actually, this is probably the lowest McKeown's value will ever be. From here on in he will probably be 5 points per game with Bennett.
