Not a fan of Tlusty, so I would, but Tlusty has more offense, I would think. Winnik is a solid, responsible bottom 6er and IIRC had a few good playoff appearances , so I am sure that helps.

Sill is probably only included to even out the contract numbers, but a 2nd a 4th is still a decent return. Based on that, Glencross should at least net a 2nd too.

I have no idea who Sill is, but I'd be satisfied if that was the return for Glencross. I don't think we can expect more.

Zach Sill isn't really much of a prospect. Probably thrown in to help balance number of contracts.

I would assume he was included so the Penguins could dump a contract that counted towards the roster limit.

This is good news for the Flames.
 Glencross > Winnik.

Sure Winnik is younger but they are both rentals right now and teams are strictly looking for help right now.

Glencross can play top 6 and put up more offensive numbers.

Winnik is more of a bottom 6, responsible type player.

If the Capitals really want Glenny to play on that top line with Ovie and Backstrom the Flames could get a legit return. Also considering that Glenny is one of the last top LW rentals out there, an even bigger bidding war may occur.

Man, Pittsburgh eerily reminds me of Daryl Sutter-era flames. Obviously Crosby/Malkin are an enourmous upgrade over Iginla but after that they've pretty much bled themselves dry the last few years. If anything happens to Letang or Fleury they've got no backup plan.

Pierre LeBrun @Real_ESPNLeBrunSill was included in deal to help make money work for Pittsburgh but Leafs want to take a look at him down stretch as well. He's UFA July 1

Don't think they're similar at all. The Penguins have plenty of solid prospects and young players.

Maatta, Kapanen, Pouliot off the top of my head, and I know there's more.

Rutherford is a weak GM. Not surprised he ended up caving on the 2nd.
