I liked the one when the Rangers were gassed and iced the puck, only to have the refs convene for a 30 second meeting ultimately leading to them bringing the face-off the centre ice.

Glencross needs to sit till he is moved. When he is playing well the guy is good but when he is off, which is more often than not he is borderline AHL. I would rather see guys who are fighting to stay up with the big club in the lineup (Ferland, Grandlund). I'm sick and tired of watching him skate out there like he's out playing sunday night beer league.
The rest of the team sucked tonight as well, especially hudler.

League should be ashamed. But of course not cause they don't care for the Flames and playoffs.

The NHL manages games for entertainment, not for integrity of the competition. They never have, and we all put up with it. It has always put the NHL more like the WWE and less like the other major league sports. If they ever replaced Bettman with someone who cared about sports, it might change.

The reliance on the stretch pass is getting a bit old. So many icings, not a lot of success resulting from it.

I don't know what people expect from Glencross Treliving needs to get a bloody deal done there it's hanging on him and probably the team at a key time.
Talbot is the real deal been hiding behind Hank.
Rangers are also playing great hockey, real fast to the puck.
Flames are running into teams that know how to get ready for the playoffs is all, this is just showing that we're missing key pieces to do the same.
Can't get mad at them really.

He can't be blamed for a bad pass.

Ok, so what else did he do all game?
For the record, I've been a Glencross supporter over the majority of his time here, but he's playing like hot garbage right now.

He was literally just standing around, letting himself be pinned on the boards, etc. misses net from 5 feet away

Would have been 2-0 without him.
But if he wasn't there to make that bad play they wouldn't have scored.
Either way we lose 1-0

Hard to outplay a possession team when the whole game is 8 on 5.

Absolutely, they missed at least two blatant penalties as far as I can tell from the comfort of my living room with access to replays. The Monahan one was suspect, agreed. But that hardly cost us the game. Contributed to potentially hampering a comeback? Maybe.

First solid goaltending performance in a while and the team barely gets a sniff of offense shut out in relatively easy fashion. This team simply doesn't like doing anything the easy way. Guadreau has been pretty bad lately.

The reffing was definitely perplexing, not sure how the Rangers don't get a single penalty, but the Flames lost this game, not the refs. They need a better effort tomorrow.
Ramo was awesome.

Ramo's play makes me really sad that we didn't get a point. You can't waste those performances in the net.

I thought the Flames played a good road game. Unfortunately a bouncing puck cost us a game. They played physical and thought they were in it. I am only disapointed because of reffing was brutal tonight. So many missed calls but I would have been okay with it if they were doing it for both teams. Also disappointed that we didn't get a break from the other game as Canucks and the divers won over the Bruins.
I predicted that the Flames will go 5-2 in this road trip losing to both New York teams and steal some games on the rest.

Absolutely, but he was in the right position on that one play.
I don't even like Glencross, but blaming him for that missed one timer doesn't make sense, no matter how often you roll your eyes.

bad bounce and lost a game 1-0 to one of the top teams in the east...sometimes you gotta give some credit to the opponent

Can't say we deserved to win. Frankly, this team deserves to lose every time it tries to simply hang on for most of the first 40 and then turn it on in the third.
At the same time, you will never win playing an entire game five against seven. The Flames will never comment publicly, of course, but that was the kind of game where the org really needs to be asking the league WTF was that and insisting that those two referees be removed from any future assignments against Calgary.

Missing the net is one thing, mailing it in for the rest of the shift is another.
