I really don't understand the 76ers moves. Are they just going to be rebuilding forever? Trading Mcdaniels, Carter-Williams, and Akyol for McGee, a couple 2015 1st rounders, and Canaan.

I think Carter-Williams is very overrated. He can't shoot at all.

Fair enough. I don't know a lot about the NBA but I thought those were two of their young stars. Just seems like they're in perpetual draft pick accumulation mode.

Carter-Williams is a pure Rondo-type PG. Worst 3PT shooter in the league at 25% (min. 100 att), one of the worst jump shooters in the league period. So he'd be great for an established offense with lots of stars who need the ball, but he's such a shooting liability he can't ever be an elite PG. Still, Philly now has like 4 first round picks next year, at what point are they going to stop being so awful?

Derrick Rose could be done for the year and not shockingly its due to knee issues. At this point he is a lock to go down as Penny Hardaway Part 2. But the good news for Derrick is he signed his $250 million adidas deal before his issues started so he'll be fine. Highly likely to become the first NBA MVP ever who won't make the Hall of Fame which is a pretty crazy stat.

Hate seeing D-Rose going out like this. Such an explosive and fun player to watch when he's healthy.

Russell Westbrook last 5 games: 40.2 PPG, 12.2 RPG, 11.2 APG. Raps the latest victims but obviously historic run right now for Russ.

Yeah, it's crazy to watch OKC right now and look at how many things they (and especially Westbrook) do well, and then remind yourself that they are missing possibly the best player on the planet right now. Imagine if the current standings hold (which seems very possible, given that OKC is pretty far back of 7th), and OKC vs. GSW is a first-round matchup.

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.

The length was way too long, but there weren't many who foreseen such a collapse in Nash's health. Nothing has worked out for the team since. It's a shame Nash didn't end on a higher note, but these things happen.

22 straight games with at least a 10 point lead (19-3) and 7 of their last 10 wins with 25+ point leads. They're coming....

The Clippers with the mega choke, from 89-70 up with 2 minutes left in the 3rd, now 112-102 Rockets, without James Harden the whole 4th! Wow just a disaster.

This pretty well sums up what an all-time choke that was

I'm pretty sure Paul Pierce also travelled on that shot as well, but wow that is an ending. Two tenths of a second too late.

So 76ers did not win the Draft Lottery which is good. These guys practically was tanking the season. Minnesota Timberwolves won the 1st pick overall while the Lakers is picking third I believed.

Actually Lakers 2nd, 76ers 3rd. And Knicks (who had second best odds of winning the whole thing) 4th. Glad to see Minnesota rewarded for a legit rebuild, as opposed to Philly's.

So did Minnesota inherit Cleveland's luck in the lottery when they traded for Bennett and Wiggins.
