Pretty solid game to keep the streak going. Slava "my wife fell" goes down for a couple days with stubbed toe. This may be the most adversity we've faced all season. Trying times ahead.

Pretty solid win for the Preds against the slump-buster Avs. Ben Bishop was the first star of the game and let some plug I've never heard of score just to boost his confidence. Hopefully the Preds can build on this when we play some real competition in the coming weeks!

23 Colorado Avalanche 62
24 Carolina Hurricanes 57
25 Calgary Flames 57
26 San Jose Sharks 56
27 Detroit Red Wings 54
28 St. Louis Blues 52
29 Washington Capitals 49
30 New York Islanders 49

The Hurricanes continue to give and fight their way back to respectabilty and pass another two teams in the standings after last night victory over the Phildelphia Flyers. Turn out Brian Boyle injured in which he returned to the lineup tonight was a blessing as Canes boss had to make lineup readjustments and thus moving Tlusty to LW and playing with Seguin for the first time. The pair had been hot alongside Bergeron in leapfrogged the Canes over the Sharks and Flames

Next on the list are the Colorado Avalanche and restoring respect back to the organization

Canucks lose a goalie battle with all 3 goals coming in a 5 minute span during the second period. Stupid Bruins.

The Jackets battle back after being down 3-0 to win in a shootout. The 3rd line got things rolling in the 2nd and the top line finished the job. We are still trying to find way to get the 2nd line rolling and are looking for more from Ryan Suter.

Sabres jump out to the early lead and generally play well but could not seal the deal and lose in a shootout. still generally the team is giving more lately
