I didn't think this was a snoozer at all. Far from the most exciting game of the year, but the stakes amplified everything, every battle, every shot. I enjoyed this game.

Hardly a snoozer Flames dominated if not for Dubnyk

He confused Wideman who didn't pick up Koivu.

Not a bad game, and the point moves us into 2nd for now.

But good lord they couldn't have played that 3 on 3 rush any worse if they tried. Gaudreau and Wideman both did the exact same thing, leaving Koivu alone to score.

Also, not sure what Gaudreau was doing standing beside Hiller like that.

Oh well, we were facing a loss most of the game, and you can't win them all.

Not the most exciting game that's for sure.

I am willing to bet Hartley will have a few word for Gaudreau on that back-check. Commend his hustle but he should have been grabbing Koivu there.

I'll take the point though. Would have been nice to put a bit of a nail in Minny chances.

Bad coverage on the winner, bah.

3 on 3, yet we played it as a 3 on 2.

It's our play in the third periods that make a game like this exciting to watch.

Good comeback after a poor start. Glad the Flames only let them gain one point.

No biggie. Take the point and run. Flames can't keep spotting their opposition 2 goal leads and expect to win. Get the W against Anaheim on Friday, and all is forgiven.

We took a point from being 2 goals behind Points Are crucial at this time of the year. Go out and win our next game

I think that's payback for the "up in the air, off the back crossbar, off the goalie and in" goal from last OT.

Take the point and move on
