Complete over reaction to suggest he needs to sit out an entire game.
He's a catalyst out there and we're at a critical juncture in the season.

Imagine if fans like this actually coached, wow, it would be an epic disaster.

Amazing what this team can do. TJ made up for the gaff on the first goal.
The comments from other teams fans are hilarious.

Gaudreau has slowed down lately, but he still has points in six of his last seven games. He is one of our better players and someone whom we need to succeed with. He is not sitting just because.
Anyway, I feel bad for Ramo last night. Got hung out to dry for the second game in a row by an idiotic Brodie pass. Made a couple huge saves that allowed us to escape the first only down 2-0. But that third goal could have been a back breaker. That was one he needed to have. Hartley had the well timed hook.
Brodie, thankfully, recovered by playing great the rest of the night.
I also love that we were a complete disaster in overtime, but somehow held on to win.
Rather pissed that, yet again, the OOT was a hot mess. We just can't get a break in that regard.

So I checked out a couple of newspapers here in Vancouver (The Province and Globe & Mail). It's funny there was no mentioned of Calgary Flames win over Boston on both newspaper other than the boxscores. I wanted to read exactly what I missed last night but no luck. It sucks!!
As for people overreaction on Gaudreau. Hartley tried using Byron on his place before whenever they are down for defensive purposes. Gaudreau is fine and no need to sit out a game or two as some suggested. I guess some people are still forgetting this is his first season and he'll make mistakes and slows down but those are okay.

Did anyone notice Giordano looking at the clock with 10 seconds left, then made a push for one last play? That was great awareness.

Tampa Bay did help out the Flames on Sunday night with a regulation win over the Sharks. Also, can we really expect any kind of help from the Oilers?

Yeah, beating the Sharks was huge, but the wrong team won the Canucks-Wild game, and the Lightning gave their good will back last night. But yeah. Effing Edmonton. The Jets kept on trying to hand that game to them, and they kept refusing.

I am glad that Hartley "benched" Gaudreau. He's been playing bad for about 10 games or so now, and those mistakes are starting to cause goals against. It helps to show that nobody is above the team and that just because you're a star player, it doesn't mean that you're above everyone else. Backlund has been uncharacteristically sloppy the past three or four games as well. They just need to be more attentive to details and they'll be fine.
Now if only they treated Glencross in the same manner. He's deserving of a night in the press box. He hasn't had a point since December, so if he's not contributing in offensively, what does he bring exactly?

The thing with that is every team is cursing the OOT every night. It would be nice to gain some ground, but at least the Flames aren't losing ground.
If you look at every team's last ten games played, Minnesota is the only team in the race to have gained ground on the Flames. Even then, they only gained 3 points after going 8-1-1 in 10 games. The Flames have gained at least 2 points on every other team in the Western Conference playoff race over the last 10 games.
It's nice to finally be one of the teams that are in a playoff spot at this time of the season rather than being on the outside and unable to make up any ground.

Started with someone complaining about the new Rav4 commercial, which led to comparisons between the Rav and the Escape, which led to someone posting pictures comparing the old and new designs of the Escape, which somehow led to people posting pictures of different vehicles.
Jones scored around the time this discussion tangent began, and Hudler's first goal came as the pictures started getting posted, so it snowballed from there.

Sitting in a crowd of Bruins jerseys. That win was one of the best ever at the Dome. Even better than Sat when all the ###### bag Canuck fans in my section got shut up.

Goal one, sure I will grant you that.
Goal two was in his lap and he did not see it. Poor goaltending.
Goal three was a 1980s goal that should not be scored this day and age.

Not sure if serious...
All 3 goals the Bruins scored were quality goals.
