I'm in Edmonton for a wedding.
Last time I missed a game while in Edmonton, they came back to beat the Oilers, so I have faith.

Uhhh what? Getting paid millions of dollars to play in the best league in the world pretty much means they should expect you to make a routine save with rebound control.

not all his fault, not a great play by him either...Raymond is already deep, don't listen to the stupid PBP guy...Brodie shouldn't make a blind pass like that the second he gets the puck he should rim it around the boards to the two flames on the other side.
ah well, gotta win this 3rd

He haven't had a full game start in a long, long time. There is rust there and you are kidding yourself if you think is not.
On a separate note why does Gio break off away from the net on the 2-1 instead of moving toward where the play/pass is going?

He's had a few. He made a big one on a 3 on 1.

Engelland made a great pass out of our zone on that 2nd goal - got the puck up to Hudler - doesn't seem like to many people noticed.

Hiller has only been quiet since the allstar break.
To expect Ramo to play like Hiller would require more ice time, which he is not getting. Practice is one thing and game play is another.

I'm thinking if Ramo doesn't have a strong third, this might be the last we see of him. Ortio, come on down.

I missed the first period.
Any reason why we mixed up the 2nd and third d pairings?

What about the 3 on 1 the Canucks had in the second period?

Ramo is getting outplayed by the guy at the other end...it doesn't matter how long its been the Flames need this game. Need a big 3rd from him to make up for is poor play so far

Wild, jets, avalanche with wins, Kings leading the capitals going into the 3rd.
This is a huge 3rd period

He practiced all that time, and he played the majority of the last third period. His job is to be ready. Rust can't be an excuse.

My guess would be, Russell was getting bullied around last game. Hartley probably wanted to even out the size.

Well it was his fourth try on that one shift to get the puck out. It better be spectacular

what about the blind pass right up the middle? There are a lot of bad plays on that goal but Brodie's was the worst. Raymond is in the corner, he is fast but come on

No idea, but apparently Edler has been gone since early 2nd. That should help, Canucks should be pretty tired too with all the travel.

Need that Backlund line to produce, can't win games like this night in/out with one line.
