Good effort by the BJ's though, I was impressed how much they tried to win that given where they are.

-2 McEichel points for the Oil.

Only 6 points behind Carolina and Arizona. Wouldn't it be great if the Canes were able to shatter the Oilers' dreams again, just like 2006?

I've never heard Shorthouse say "...in behind the Canucks defence..." so often.

I know right? I don't really pay attention to the Oilers, but wow this is a joke. They should trade Nail to Washington, seems like that might be the only fit for him in the NHL.

In fairness though, Yakupov had another epic celly for another meaningless goal tonight.

Speaking of the Oilers and McDavid points, Chicago finally scored on Arizona. 1-0 late in the second.

Shorthouse is over complimenting on how well Lack has played since he came into the game.

The Coyotes came back to tie on the power play, 1-1 after two periods.

Wild with their 6th in a row. I guess that meltdown Yeo had on ice in practice must have kicked some butts?

EDIT- 6th game, thanks hwy19man... I watched the game on Gamecenter and they said 5th with 30 seconds left. Should have known.

Dubnyk has been a big part of their success lately. They wouldn't have beaten the Flames without him.
