Such a sad looking crowd in Jersey. But Elias scored, at least, so Devils up one-zip.

Potential SCS playoff chance swings:
LA regulation loss = +1.3%
LA win = -0.9%

MIN regulation loss = +0.7%
MIN regulation win = -0.3% (MIN OT win is worst case, -0.8%)

Yakupov just checked Steve Bernier in the shoulder with his chin. It ended as poorly as you expect. Ow.

Bernier just collided hard with Yakupov (didn't get a good look at it but sounded coincidental). Yakupov leaves with a bloody face.

WTF? Yakupov skates head-first into Bernier's shoulder pad and goes down for quite a while before skating off bleeding.

One of the most Oiler-quality injuries you're ever going to see.

Oil should be good for a couple McEichel points today.

It's a Klef-bomb! Oilers tie it late in the first.

Remenda proceeds to heap praise upon Schultz for executing a basic defensive play to keep the puck in the zone prior to the goal.

What an awful game.

I like how Kevin Quinn still sounded like his dog died when Klefbom scored. Even the PBP is in on the tank.

In fairness, relative to how Schultz usually performs, executing a basic defensive play would warrant the "most improved" label.

Former Canuck Jordan Schroeder scores against his old team. Wild up 1-0. The way Dubnyk is playing that will be enough.

It's a Yak-attack! After two consecutive wide shots, Yakupov finally Nails the shot on the PP and the Oilers take the 2-1 lead.

at

nationally on Sportsnet East and Ontario channels

Kings still have a 2-1 lead midway through the second period.
Skille has the goal for the BJs, King and Tyfolli have the Kings goals.

Oilers at Devils is a moldy sandwich game.
It is 1-1 in the second period.

1800h Canucks at Wild
is the big game on the OOT and has
started with the Wild jumping to a 2-0
lead. The best scenario is for this game
to end in regulation.

General preview about all the games on Monday.
