What a shell of a player Thornton has turned into. With that sort of size and skill, and mainly his shot, he's strolling out there...his teammates set him up for some great chances, and he takes 3 or 4 seconds to shoot and of course is blocked.
Looked terrible all night....and then for for whatever reason chases down Bouma...if he he gave that much of a crap during the game he'd have had 2 goals at least.

I was at the game. The Flames controlled the pace for most of the game. I think it showed that the Flames are the real deal. I look forward to Friday night.
