The wife (who is a big Flames fan as well and is in love with Monahan) had one very similar to that made up at a local T-shirt shop. No idea where you could buy one, but go to a T-shirt place and get one done up for $15 or so.

Got to make sure no one owns the rights. Parents at one point had a screen printing shop. Can't reproduce others work legally.
