Oh for sure. Not to mention the superstitious crowd that have to pick a loss they don't jinx it, or have to pick a win in order to send positive energy.
What I've learned in 15 years, no matter what I do or don't do I won't make everyone happy!

Wolf is on IR. It's nothing to do with Backlund.

Must Win? No, but its darned close to a must win game.
|
Not a must win no. But the most important game this season so far yes.

I understand that, but Backlund was sick today. And Granlund is a C, so it implied they might be short one.

Help me maybe I naïve but wouldn't they have decided yesterday and started the transportation and announced those today and Granlund will be well on his way? Weather permitting.

Don't think they knew yesterday that backlund might not be able to play due to illness and that wolf would need to go on IR.

This is why Stockton just makes sense. He almost certainly makes it here on time from Stockton.

Is it not always redundant to say this considering the next game is always the most important game of the season so far? But I see your point, battling a team in the same position as the Flames makes this a 4-point game and a must win if we want to gain some ground in the playoff race given our games played and other teams games in hand.

Mason Raymond had a good game the last time we played the Jets, and he looked pretty good against the Oilers. Maybe he finds his groove.
Should be a good Battle of Atlanta tonight!

I suspected a close loss tonight, but then I got tickets to the game and changed my mind to close win and parlayed it with the panthers.
So go flames!
