Apparently the Netherlands has a pretty serious baldness issue going on. Unless thats a standard requirement for Dutch cops.

Always thought it was weird that the negotiations are going so well, armed guy talking back and forth with what seems like one Police negotiator, he drops the gun, then every cop starts yelling orders, seems to heighten things just as it's about to end. Figure you'd let the one guy keep talking solely.
