Carl's Jr. is very tasty with huge portions as well. It helps that they also serve curly fries. The Sour Dough Jack at Jack in The Box is a great burger also.
I like Fat Burger. It is more expensive, but there isn't one on every corner either. I usually get the King burger with all the toppings including chili, fried egg, and bacon.
I also like the Mozza and Teen Burgers, usually order one of each. Whopper with bacon and cheese. The Big Bacon Classic. The Flamethrower from DQ.

My 2 favorite fast food burgers are Harvey's and Jack in the Box. Too bad Jack isn't available in Canada and there are no Harvey's downtown.
Fatburger doesn't count as fast food, but they're quite delicious as well.

That is my favorite burger ever!
2nd was the mushroom melt from Willie's off Macleod.
3rd is the whopper which i thought was disgusting when i was a kid.
Anyone that mentions McDonalds in this thread should be banned. Worst fast-food food in the world. It just boggles the mind how they stay in business. Must be all those toys and collectibles they give away.
A&W burgers are the 2nd worst. all that mustard and lack of vegetables can't compensate for the awesome rootbeer.

It's been almost five years, the topic just came up again in the Toronto is No Good Thread, it's almost lunch, and I am full on Burgin'. Best fast food burger in descending order:
Burger King, A&W, MacDonalds' hamburger-styled product, Wendy's, Jack-in-the-box.

Burger King's Whopper is my fave in the fast food category. Seeing as it is Whopper Wednesday I will be picking myself one up.

In the US I love going to In-n-Out burger and having one of their cheeseburgers "animal style".
Here I would say the Hawaiian burger from Fat Burger but admit to not trying 5 Guys yet.

Still love a Whopper. That's my favorite. Non fast food you guys have to check out Naina's Kitchen. Their 1/2 pound stuffed burgers are great.

1. Double Whopper avec Fromage (Whopper Royale)
2. Double Mozza
3. Teen
4. Baconator
5. DQ Double Cheeseburger!
Really surprised the DBLCHS from Dq is so overlooked. Typical BBQ burger done right.

You can get Carl's Jr. in Canada now. I live in Vancouver and have one three blocks from work.
Their signature Burger is total ripoff of the whopper, but made with better quality ingredients.

My tastes in fast food tend to change between a&w and Wendy's. Dairy queen sometimes too, their cheeseburger and double cheeseburger are underrated.

I don't think McDonalds gets enough love or credit. Wendy's has gone downhill for years, A&W is nothing great, Burger King is meh.
But lately after hockey I can't drive past a McDonald's without stopping for
A
Big Mac or quarter pounder

I have enjoyed burgers at almost all of the establishments mentioned above, and they are all good, as long as they have extra pickles on them......

Love the basic DQ burgers for some reason. Just ketchup' mustard, onions, and pickles, but somehow delicious.
