I agree with the Facebook post in the OP. People should be considerate of the consciences of others. I mean some Christians don't to stumble, so don't wear leggings! Some Muslims stumble when they see faces so everyone should wear a hijab

I like the idea of teaching her daughter to dress modestly.
I don't like here logic for doing so because Men are tempted into sinning so I shouldn't temp them.

If by stumble you're meaning coveting, I would imagine that lots of men covet the women in the tight yoga pants.
Looking is one thing but if you're thinking "damn would I like to get into her pants," that's what they're talking about.
The 'stumble' is a faith term not a literal stumble.

no.......personally i don't stumble, but last week i was in home depot and there was a woman wandering in lululemon from head to toe, and surprisingly we both looked for merchandise in several of the same aisles.
i also noted that apparently home depot keeps the inside of the store and slightly below normal room tempature

I originally thought it was Chinese or something. When I read the OP about the Chinese blogger who was going to stop wearing leggings I thought it was cause it was illegal in China or something. Then I continued reading and I got confused.
The original makes sense now that I know what Xian stands for.

Sorry. Used to participate on a religious debate board years ago and 'xian' was the shorthand we used and I'm just used to it. X indicates the Greek letter 'Chi'. Chi is short for the Greek Χριστός, meaning Christ. It's a shorthand that's actually been in use for thousands of years.
