anybody dealt with this?

Not sure what to do as it keeps coming back like the cat in the hat.

Any help would be appreciated. Off to work for a bit but I will check in later.

A trip to visit my mom on Boxing Day turned into a three hour effort to rid her PC of this program. I followed the directions from Kapersky:
