I love how Del Zotto's feet both leave the ice on a high hit and then he's ticked at the refs for calling it, lol. Nope, no penalty there!

Because Philly is like a bunch of felons that were given some skates. There has been one serious injury already in the game and there has been potential for several more since then.

The Rinaldo hit was ridiculous, I agree, but the rest of the game has basically just been a feisty one with tempers running a bit high. I think it's been great to watch. And look at the guys scrapping........Raffl? Voracek? That's not their game, they're just caught up in the moment. I don't have a problem with it.

It looks like a circus. I don't mind the odd fight or chippy game, but the Flyers are basically running around like psycho's.

Just not a fan of the sideshow element of hockey.

The Lightning lead 1-0 over the Canucks in a wide open end to end second period.

Same score with the Predators over the Habs.

The Battle of Pennsylvania is tied 1-1. Schenn with the first period goal and then Kunitz with a shorthanded goal to tie it in the second period.

Chicago leads 2-0 in the first period.

The Pens aren't exactly innocent either. It's a heated game. Besides the cheap hit by Rinaldo it's been a feisty game with scraps. I don't mind it.

Did this broadcast crew really just compare teddy purcell to ovi in his ability to find open ice?

Purcell with a Ovy-like shot makes it 4-3 Washington.

Oilers tie it! Less than a minute until they move into sole possession of 29th.

Come on oilers. Work your way out of the top 3 draft picks. Easy does it.
