CPS could look at this a couple of different ways. The black car's first move was illegal of course, but it didn't actually cause the SUV to brake, so you could argue that it's really nothing more than a lane violation and a straight up dick move. But the SUV then intentionally caused an accident by knowingly aiming his vehicle at a car, a much bigger offense. So assuming nothing else happened before this, potentially I see...
Black car - No more than 2 of the following 2-demerit lane violations: solid lines, unsafe lane change, failing to drive in middle of marked lane
SUV - At least one of the above, plus possibly a 6-demerit careless driving

Seriously though, these drivers should lose their licenses.
I don't care if they get each other into an accident, but they are lucky they didn't hit a third party.
Endangering other people because somebody may have cut you off. Ridiculous.

Hahaha OMG WTF. I can't believe he challenged you to a fight. It's one thing on reddit or something when one guy from like Minnesota or something challenges you to a fight that will obviously never happen. It's a whole other level of crazy when someone does it on a local forum for no reason.
Keratosis chill out man, we're all just hanging out here shooting the ####.

Those two drivers are ####ing idiots. Nothing like risking your lives (and the lives of other people on the road) by using your vehicles as weapons while going at least 80km/h.

I see that same damn maneuver every day. Nothing annoys you more than spotting a gap, accelerating and planning for it, then some ######canoe can't even wait for the dashed line and takes that gap, leaving you blocked.

Or keratosis could be going through something right now and the obvious reaction is to release the frustration.
Benefit of the doubt before you through stones.

So... lane violation, intentional blocking, side swipe chicken, multiple bouts of bumper tag... This is some stupid road rage.
Definitely worth a long honk and a one finger salute from other cars on the road.

Yea, those going after Keratosis might want to take a step back. He posted this 4 days ago in the WRGMG thread.

I think the response to keratosis' original post got comprehended wrong. The "usually if..." comment to me means that IF it happens this is what I'd do... I took it as usually when something happens like that, he just lets it go. Then he structured the rest of the comment to the topic of the thread.
If it was "usually when this happens..." then that could be taken more that it happens more often then not.
Again, this is how I read it. On topic, when someone pulls a move like the black car does I fantasize about doing what the white SUV did, I don't, I let it go... but it is a dick move.
