According to the Reddit wow nerds. I'll be testing it shortly. But only certain roles get the satchel. DPS don't.

So I resubscribed last week after a long break (WOTLK), and all I can say is the transmog is probably one of the best new things in WoW. However, garrison's, I really dislike... they just complicate things.

Wow that is really neat, I wish I knew that as I just leveled a Blood DK. Or is it only for the new dungeons?
If you are leveling any classes that can be a tank, spec them tank, learn how to play it and chain dungeons. The queue is instant for Tanks and with a decent group I was able to get most dungeons done in 7-10 minutes tops.
Did this all the way from 60-90, and then 90-100 I did a mix of dungeons and quests. The curve gets steep from WOTLK to Cata, so maybe quest for 80-82.. it was a bit bumpy.
I am not sure how much faster it is than questing, but it definitely felt a lot faster.

It's only max level heroics. It's a way to ease the queue times for DPS by rewarding the other roles.

So I finally finished grinding out my priest. I was getting pretty bored by the end. Like you said though, once you get Clarity of Power it gets much better. I'm destroying mobs that were giving me grief now and it feels like a casting class. I just hate dots I guess.

I'm not even 615 and only really levelled it to do some healing. Not sure at all what my DPS is. I can try to do a heroic tonight and see.
I wouldn't use Icy-Veins though. howtopriest.com is a better site.

Looks like most of you are playing Alliance. Too bad.
My guild just got our second Mythic Imperator kill tonight. Pretty fun fight as an enhancement shaman since I get to aoe non-stop for a lot of the fight. Got me a shiny trinket too.

You're in a very old guild.
I couldn't imagine raiding that much anymore.

The thought of prepping for for a Mythic raid makes me almost ill. I don't know how you find the time as an adult, but part of me is jealous!

Yeah, it's an old guild for sure. It's been around since vanilla beta, albeit under a different name. I've been the GM since late in WotLK. The time commitment for raiding is not insignificant at 20 hours per week, but we certainly raid far less than a lot of the guilds above us in the rankings. Unlike many of those guilds, we don't increase our raid hours during progression.

I've thought about stopping my raiding commitment on occasion, but I'm really reluctant to leave because I'm worried about what might happen when I'm gone. I guess I'm a lot like some guy who started his own business but should have long since retired. When's the right time to hand off the reins?

So apparently if you have been subscribed to WoW for most of the last 10 years, you get a free physical gift in the mail.
I have been subscribed since early February 2005 (and have never unsubscribed). I missed the deadline by just a handful of days.

I used to be in a guild like that, one of the top in North America. The time commitment was insane, and I ended up burning out badly and quitting. Don't regret it at all. I'm back playing casual, and LFR is the hardest (haha) tier I raid anymore. Think I'm better off for it.

Yeah I used to raid a schedule like that too, but I was in my early 20's and didn't really consider my job my career haha. Now it's totally different.

I'm loving the entitled rage on the internet about this. "How dare Blizzard treat someone better than me! I've been subbing since 2006 and I get nothing? Waaah!!!"
