FYI works well for titan and warlock, but not hunter. I haven't tested it, but some of my clan mates have. Hunters can solo it with invisibility anyway.
So am I dood. I only play really for the random drops, and marks. Played one round had 2 kills, 13 deaths, and rolled a legendary hand cannon. Everyone else got squat
Although, the round before the guy who finished second last rolled an exotic rocket launcher.
Tried some Iron Banner last night... that was interesting.

Can't believe I never tried to just jump up. I blame the gamma settings, it's so dark I didn't even know the ledge was that close. Sure felt like we were flying farther than that.
So I'm curious how many players are completing things like Raids:
A) with friends
B) Using a webpage like LFGDestiny
In the beginning, I had a steady group for VoG, but all the xpac have been using DestinyLFG for everything. My luck has been pretty good, and my friend list has shot ip for about 20 to 60-70.
With Hard mode CE coming out though, I'd really like to have a more stable group or even a weekly CP run of VoG
All of my friends gave up on Destiny relatively quickly, so I've done some raids and nightfalls with iLoveLamp, and MyFlamesFirst, but mostly I've found people on the Destiny app forums.
It's too bad CP is split across two consoles, because it would be awesome to have a CP raid group.

Usually have a group or mutual group where I'll run CE once or twice. Unfortunately they're a little too hardcore/bad scheduling so most finish all their runs by the time it's 4PM MST on Tuesday. After that I'm left relying on DestinyLFG.
Edit: Burnt over 40 motes of light trying to get the perfect roll for my second Efrideet's Spear. Should have left it well alone. This game known as RNG is a cruel cruel one.
Ya I'm in the same boat, set raiding times don't seem to work for most people. Would there be interested in a VoG hard mode run later in the week that would work for people? Just gauging interest.
I have a few buddies that I play with all the time. There are also a few I've found on reddit that are pretty good and I play with them quite a bit too. If we ever need extras, reddit is my go to to find people.
Thanks Ice and Steve for helping out during the strikes. And Steve, sorry Diemenz and I made you have to do the one bounty mission twice. Like I said, we starting shooting everybody and just couldn't stop lol
