That was just one example of a game I'd seen again recently. But growing up in that era you don't think it's that bad, then you watch a game on TV today and it's kind of shocking.
Hooks and hold were rampant. Goalies weren't great and had super small pads. Defense was poor and there were mistakes galore.
Lots of goals, it was fun to watch

Flames already said that he is starting in the AHL. They are going to make sure when he gets called up he stays because of waiver status.
