Never been fond of Stewart, even when he was a reasonably dominant player in COL you could see the rene bourque level of inconsistency in his game.
If you could get him for a 5th or 6th round pick, thats about as high as I would go. Thankfully it seems Buffalo is going to be overvaluing all their players heading into deadline month.

But instead I was just rolling my eyes at the crap they were saying. Even if Flames do miss the playoffs this season, they only have upwards to go from here.

Calgary has enough forwards. Ferland is probably as good as Chris Stewart would be. Time to clean up the d core and get Ramage/Wotherspoon in there for some games if playoffs aren't the goal this season.
