Honestly, what's the difference? They've given the "not going to let this happen/come back better/we're going to prove it" speech a ton of times and just continue to faceplant.
I honestly don't know how to answer you. Short answer nothing, but at this point just the continued indifference shown by Hall and the team in the face of complete embarrassment has hit a whole new level lately. Farce is putting it mildly.
Hall just does not get it, the team does not get it. I know that is not new, but just seeing that clip a few days ago just blew my mind. No contrition, just a face of I know what I am doing so back off.
