They have a small disclaimer on the bottom of the sale about expecting high processing volume so to add another 5 days to the turnaround time.

You are probably looking at 3-4 weeks to get one stitched up. They tend to quote high and call early in my experience, so don't let their quoted time discourage you.

Not sure where to post this but I got the ugly Christmas sweater from my inlaws for Christmas but they didn't realize I already bought it. I am sure they ordered it online (they live in Victoria) but I was wondering if I could return it to the fanattic? Even for store credit I could easily find something to buy there

I have asked about both Hitmen and Abbotsford Heat and was told they could send them off to be done. I'd give them a call and ask about Team USA but chances are they could.

Doesn't the FanAttic just send everything off to Great Plains? They used to, according to CP (though this was a decade ago or so).

May as well just ask Great Plains directly if you're not buying the jersey from the Fanattic.

I was just in the North Hill fanatic and he said the sale there was only yesterday.
It seems odd considering the flyer and website still have the 35% discount listed. Is there any reason this location would be operating indepently of the sale?

North Hill tends to not be in the loop about the rules. I've gone there before for a similar sale and they gave me the same answer. I emailed the customer service via the link on the website and they sent a message to North Hill saying they had to honour it and told me to go back and get the sale price honoured by them.

If you were looking to get a jersey done up, send them an email letting them know North Hill told you it was one day only when the website shows until Jan 2nd and nothing about online only and they should get the price honoured for you: http://www.flamesport.com/store/go/contact-us/

Thanks. I will email them. I was just looking to pick up one of the retro jerseys to wear to the game tonight. I was hoping to avoid any lines there may be at the dome.
Will send them an email though as I can't be the only one who has gone there expecting the sale to be there.

I often find them quite "snippy" and "rude" for the most part. I walk in there and WISH a 15 year old kid was helping me instead.

North Hill also told me that Ramo t-shirts didn't even exist, after I'd already seen them at the Dome location multiple times

I spent some more time on the website as I'm not home until the 1st, and doubt I'll make it in until the second. How can their website be so horrible? I know this should be in the GMG thread, but it looks like it's 10 years old. I know in store sales probably trump all, but I would think if they spent some money to update the site, and actually add current items, they would do much better for online sales.

As someone who doesn't live in Caglary but was looking for gift ideas to tell my brother to get me, the Fan Attic site was horrible. I ended up sending his a picture of the Fan Attic tweet saying they had Gaudreau jerseys in stock.

I don't know if that's the route he took (he'll bring presents home with him later this month) but it's kind of sad that in 2014, almost 2015, they have a website that looks like it's from 1994

I completely agree. This is the Flames/Hitmen/Stamps official store and the one they have associated with them on their website. The site should look A LOT better then this. Even if you look at someone like the Avalanche, yes it's simple but it's still very nicely set up: http://www.altitudeauthentics.com/
