I seriously do. There was nobody even remotely close in the area where the "pass" was going. He knew Doughty was on his butt and that Quick had the net covered.

Any other player I would say no, but knowing how cerebral Gaudreau is, I could see it.

Of course he did. Johnny G doesn't make mistakes.

Wasn't updated yet. Still had Kesler's ugly mug on the front page when I went to look at the rookie scoring race

Well that's a good way to kill any trade value a guy might have.

Yeah, he's been the worst of the guys coming back, but it's not going to get to the point where he'll be sent to Addy. Can't see any reason to send any of our big or significant contracts to Addy for the reason I mentioned above.

Maybe it's a bit too late for me, but I'm pretty sure if we looked at the angle of the 'pass' it wasn't headed to the d-man at all.

It wasn't intentional, but a drive to the net, and a smart pass back anyway. The trailer could have easily gotten the puck and scored anyway. Still creditworthy.

no one's trading for Raymond, if nobody would take Camalleri last year Raymond's trade value is negative

Not sure what you guys are seeing but TSN has it as top hockey story and NHL have it as the top story.

Seems like we're going to need a few more W's to get people to settle down about the players they do not like.

Hmm, this kinda reminds me of the win last season against St. Louis around this same time, where Backlund had the game winner in OT. Happy holidays

It's up there now... 'Too Hot Too Handle'. The writers was too busy re-writing their stories so it was delayed is my guess.
