Let's not make this about the Oilers.
That was the best Flames game I've watched since 2004. Still in disbelief.

What a game. I had very little faith they'd come back and I'm so happy they did. Could this be the spark the Flames need?

Give Gaudreau`s dad a tip of the cap. Gaudreau had seven shots and has been firing a bunch more shots since that article.

That's the kind of win that turns a season around, bonds a team like a welding torch, and gets discussed for years.... "Were you watching the night Johnny Hockey led the team back from 0-3 down to the Kings in his rookie season?"

Tip o' the hat to Bollig. It felt like he changed the momentum on the huge hit on Kopitar. We scored on the retaliatory penalty and we were completely energized.

I have to admit after being behind 3-0, I never could imagine the Flames will be coming against LA let alone winning in OT. Great comeback with a little luck finally came to their aid. Gaudreau with a hat trick and almost won it with his 4th goal tonight. I love watching the Flames 4-on-4 because they get so creative. Captain oh-captain with his power move on the winning goal awesome. Losing streak is over finally!! Merry Christmas!!

Sutter's presser should be fun!

Color me shocked. I turned the game off when it was 2-0 LA and started watching a movie for a bit. Turned it back on about 5 minutes into the 3rd and suddenly the Flames look like they have some life. Skating hard, hitting, using their speed, and basically giving the Kings fits. Then the comeback starts...and keeps going...and then Gio in OT. Unbelievable. I'm so happy to be going into this break with a win under our belts and the losing skid over.
Thank you, Flames!

Sure, Gaudreau looks good in college, but could you imagine him against NHL players? Worse still, could you imagine him against a team like the LA Kings? He'd get crushed...by the weight of the hats reigning down on him!

I fell asleep while watching the game and dreamed this ending, right? Right?
*checks score* Nope.
Gaudreau's like, if you guys can't bury the grade A chances I set up for you, I'm gonna have to start burying them myself.
Holy crap Gio's strong. Manages to skate all the way in from the circle with a defender draped all over him and score.
Hiller deserves some love. Bad goal in the first, but solid for the rest of the game.
Flames fans can relax going into the break.
