This. Not to mention the floating in the defensive zone, he looks like Ovechkin on the back check. The other thing that absolutely drives me nuts about Glencross is how slowly he goes to the bench for a line change. No hustle at all. He needs to go.

Not even mad. They never beat the Canucks. A loser point is a win for the Flames against the Canucks. Honestly I'm willing to bet the Canucks sweep the Flames again this year. For whatever reason bad stuff happens when they play the Canucks.

The first 20 games the young kids were forechecking hard and fast, making the opposite team hard to make the transition game..since the vets are back...it is very obvious

Quite unfortunate tonight. I felt the 2nd and 3rd periods were strong.
Once, the Flames lost 11 in a row. They not only made the playoffs but they made it to the Stanley Cup final.

Good 2nd and 3rd periods, have to build off those.

As much as Hartley likes to encourage our defensemen to jump into the play, I feel like there needs to be a reminder that they have to be responsible too. It's happened too many times recently.

At least we get one point though, baby steps.

The positive from that outing: even gifting Van a goal, two pointless powerplays, and a weak first half, they still could have won.

But god damn... this is quite the streak.

Exactly. Gio made a bad play, but in Gio fashion hustled back and got to the two-on-one man. If Jooriis and Byron skated back as hard as Gio did, game doesn't end there. Ultimately Gio made the decision that set up the goal, but can't blame his effort, as always.

Loved the Stanley Cup celly by the Canucks. That is as close as they will ever get, so I guess it is appropriate. That OT goal looked offside, or pretty close to it.

Tough loss. PP could have won it, if we had a PP. Tough play to end it. Whatever. Love that Gaudreau kid!

This actually makes me feel a lot better. Thank you.

Not that I think we'll make the playoffs this year and then go to the Cup final or anything, but I'm glad not everything is stormy after long losing streaks.

Tonight was a start.

At least we're scoring. I think I was more upset at that shutout streak last January

Glencross, Raymond and stajan can get traded. Or just have their contracts terminated either one

I have no idea why Gio was getting blamed on that OT goal. He got back on his man and it was the 3rd man who scored the goal. Jooris was the one who didn't got back on his man. It was Jooris' man. Lucky win by Canucks.
