That being said, I hope he plays great and we get a solid game! It's probably better for my allegiance to both teams to have Calgary win, but I don't want Buffalo to be embarrassed either.
I could settle for a 3-2 Flames OT win. As long as we walk away with two points!

Sidenote: There is a chance Crosby won't be playing tomorrow against the Flames. Apparently the guy is sick.

Bob Hartley on players watching from the press box tonight: “Don’t get mad if you get scratched. Make sure you’re mad when you play…If you play this game being on your toes, being aggressive, being mad, chances are you’ll stay in the lineup. Don’t wait until we scratch you to suddenly be mad at the coach. I’m the wrong guy to get mad at.”

Gratts didn't seem too mad when he played. And I'm a fan of his.

Hopefully that doesn't end his career.

Offer Pittsburgh a 7th rounder now while his value is low! We can fit him under the cap!

This is what Bob Mackenzie was talking about, dont hesitate when the right deal comes along!

I hope this game wasn't like last year's game in Buffalo. I remember it well only because it almost destroyed the entire game of hockey for me

It was an abomination of the game and excruciatingly boring.

Just an opinion based on his performance the entire season
I'd say he's our best player to fit on the 4th line C. Unless you would rather have one of our young guys play limited minutes. Sorry but Bouma is not better than Staj as a C on the 4th line.

What exactly can embarrass Buffalo at this point that they haven't already done of late?

That said, if the Flames play like they did for 40 against the Leafs and most of the game against SJ, they will annihilate them.

Dang, I love that quote. I want to see a pissed off Johnny tonight. Ticked at all the chances he was robbed on the other night.

Of late they are 7-3. They beat LA and split a home and home with TB. Can't think this way.

I love Hartley, he always has the best quotes. He is absolutely right on, I hope when those guys get to play again they can rock it and play with some edge. I have been disappointed in Grats so far this year. I want him to be meaner and beat up guys who take liberties with our players, I feel he hasn't done that yet this year.

Do guys fear him anymore on other teams?

Anyway, I am watching the game from Brewsters tonight! Go flames.

So speculation on who is the mad guy in the press box? Bets on Smid or Stajan?

yup, I agree, have to look at what they are doing now, not what their record shows. Shouldn't we be saying that about any opponent? Always pay attention to their current streaks. I think the Flames have a good chance to win this game. Any chance Enroth goes god mode tonight like the last couple of keepers?

By of late, I mean in the past season and a half. Not underestimating them. That would be stupid, and I sure hope the team is approaching this game with the same intensity as the past two.
