When you back yourself into a corner theres no easy way out, but sitting there isn't going to make the room any bigger.

Ah, stadium bashing. One of the last bastions of defense for a team that can't string together even one positive comment on their miserable, sorry state of existence.
By the way - you have to burn something down to rise from the ashes - and if this morning's presser was any indication, they refuse to even light the match on that condemned house.

Nobody is laughing anymore. It's the single most inept franchise in modern sports history. It's not funny anymore, it's utterly pathetic. Worst franchise in sports by a country mile.
But 9.5/10 troll effort. I did laugh at the post for sure which no doubt was the intention.

The presser was pointless..... Why hold one if you are not going to announce any changes

They call those the "Oilers rules".
There is a 4/5 chance a last place oilers team does not get their greasy hands on McDavid.
|
It's not all about McDavid. If McDavid wasn't in this draft, people would be gushing about Eichel as a franchise player. Scouts are more excited about him than any prospect not named McDavid in years.
So if the Oilers finish last, they still have a 100 per cent change of drafting a player widely regarded as a franchise player. Way better prospect than any of the guys they drafted with their previous #1 picks, and probably better than Stamkos or Tavares.

haha, and this is a reminder of why when people say they are feeling bad for Oiler fans that I think they're fools.
I'm sure I'm stumbling into a troll post, but don't care
