They're big and they block shots. Unfortunately, our PK is so bad that they can't clear the puck often enough to give them a change when they need it.

Derek made a joke at Pete's expense about their fantasy football pool. Pat S. was yucking it up as well. Pete sounded like he'd had enough and said "there's the first one. The first shot" or something like that. then silence. Then Derek saying "so you're keeping track?" and Pete was like "yes, and there is the first one" then more awkwardness and Pete was like "i like where I am and what I do". Derek goes "I sense some sarcasm in that" and Pete said "no, i don't believe in that".
Then silence.
Then Derek did the PBP and seemingly the colour for a few minutes it seemed without Pete getting in. Pete was a pro once it went back to hockey and did a great job. But there is clearly something going on off air or atmosphere wise that is boiling over to their product.
This isnt' the first time it's happened this season either. I recall one post game show in particular where Pete tried to walk away and Derek W kept picking at something until it got really awkward. I likened it to the new guy wanting to prove he belongs in the bigs, but is trying too hard.
