Plus look at how he's money in shoot outs. I think Haynes noted that he's the most accurate overtime shooter out of any player with the same or more attempts.

Anyone else find this Leah Hextall unbearable?

For a spell, then once Ramo gets weary Hiller will roll in some starts. I like it that way.

I think he's a big part of the overall team success. Didn't really know him from Detroit but was immediately impressed with his play. Great addition.

Not even watching Sportsnet right now, and I still don't like her.

No, it's refreshing. Too many emotional swings during games lately. I'm happy to see a more consistent effort. It will also mean more long term success if they can figure out how to get ahead and stay ahead.

They need to interview Hudler more often.

Hudler calls Byron "Paulie". Why do I think of the Sopranos?

He's quietly having an amazing season at near a PPG pace. I've always complained that he doesn't shoot enough. But look, he's leading the team with 9 goals.
When teams give him space he makes them pay. Just a smart, skilled, and opportunistic player.

Don't think Hudler is going anywhere. Probably an alternate next year.
Ramo is playing solid. That whole 4 on 4 shift was beautiful

It's been a few games since the Flames have been up by a goal heading into the 3rd. Their energy level has certainly picked up in this one. Let's hope they can continue to pour it on for the final 20 and wrap this game up.

For sure, he's a really skilled smart player. I was just commenting on how at times he makes a great play but loses the puck because he's half a step behind. If he had an extra gear he'd be putting up even better numbers than he is now. Still love having him on the team, great guy to have around the young kids and can still produce.

I forgot the CBA rules and way too lazy to look them up - what is the earliest that the Flames can extend Hudler? Seems like a wise move to me

Why are Black Friday games on so early? It's not a holiday in Canada you jerks. At least there's no 11AM Flames game this year.
