Can we stop spotting the other team 2 or 3 goals?
Nice easy win tonight please.

Right right, I get it now. Thats bloody annoying.
Ok then, new scenario. Let Jones have the rest of the road trip to properly mend up(by which time we are surely looking at welcoming Stajan, Colborne and Raymond back into the team) and wait until we are back home on Sunday before making roster movements. Won't happen, but it could and I think should happen.
Sending a guy back mid road trip? Thats gotta sting no matter which way you slice it. This might(and I stress might) be the final straw for him. Only so many knocks a guy can take(whether fair or unfair) before a someone has enough.

Honestly, I don't give the Sharks much of a chance in this one. The guys are going to be pissed after last night.
Also, Ramo is going to smell blood in the water (no pun intended) and play out of his mind to win that spot back.
Flames win 3-1.

I expect Ramo to play absolutely amazing tonight. If there was every an opportunity for him to earn some major starting minutes, this is it.

I predict the Flames get out to a two goal lead in the first, blow it in the second, then score midway through the third and again in the empty net for a 4-2 win.

So you wanna be an NHL goalie? Now's your chance Ramo, seize the opportunity and run with it like you stole it.

5-1 Johnny. He'll almost get the shutout but one will get defected in on him by one of the D. Johnny won't get mad though.
Big game for Johnny tonight.

FINALLY! I haven't seen a full CGY game all season.
Sharks are obviously a big giant mess at this point. It seems that management is kinda OK with this horrible start considering the amazingly difficult schedule thus far, but TODAY is the day that this is supposed to turn around. Sharks have had no time for rest or practice in weeks.
They just completed a 3 day layoff and have had a little time to work on the MANY problems. If they play well tonight, it'll take a bit of pressure off, but CGY ain't no pushover anymore. This is just the type of team the sharks need to play well against.
Looks like a great test for both teams. Sharks will be at their very hungriest and they HAVE pulled it together to beat some very good teams this year when pressed - and now that they are rested and practiced too - there are no excuses.
While I'm hoping to see the sharks pull it all together and whip CGY mercilessly, I'm dying to see Johnny Hockey in a full game. I just love watching that kid play and still can't believe that he's able to play at this level being my size and weight (well, my high school weight). What little guy wouldn't like to see this?
Anyway... hoping for a fast, great game tonight. Both teams really want this one - hope it isn't a defensive affair...
enjoy!!

Sharks are scrambling for an emergency back goalie. Always a fun story around here since goalies don't grow on trees in california.

Could've used Jones' size last night. Should be a bit of a spark for tonight.
Man do we need Raymond and Colborne back soon.

This is going to be a tough win for the boys. I suspect a OT/SO loss tonight. Sharks are rested, at home, and desperate. Hoping Ramo sees this as his opportunity to run with the ball and stands on his head

If we play like we have in the first 2 periods during the last 3 games then I think I'm off the playoff hype train. It's a dangerous trend.
We need a dominating, 60 minute win.
