I'd be happier about winning if it wasn't against the Avs. Not exactly something to brag about...

Wow. this team is so manic. We look great one day and put up a 6-2 win. The next day we are brutal and lose 5-1. Didn't help that the PK was 1/3 but when you only score once against Jonas Gustavsson, it really doesn't matter that much.

And the streak comes to a crashing end with a large ass kicking from the Yotes.

Gross!

sigh...call up 2 AHL defencemen and play our back up goalie- expect to get involved in a high scoring affair, instead play our best defensive game in ages, allow only 20 shots, but get shutout..and lose another D in the process...good times

Beat by a team that doesn't even have a GM.

James Neal picks up his 15th goal and league leading 30th point of the season.

Outstanding!

You should trade him for Briere!

Mark "Hands of" Stone found his long lost scoring touch against the Ducks tonight finding the back of the net twice. "It really helped that we were playing Carey "Duck Nuggets" Price, his game really compliments mine. You know, he isn't very good, and I don't usually score."

Just when the infirmary was starting to clear out for the Canucks Darren Helm goes on the shelf. At 1:46 of the first period the stupid Duck Bryan Little kicked Helm in the groin, surprisingly there was no call on the play. Luckily there was no amputation to Little Darren.

Jackets lose another game in a shootout. Our top line was dominante but we just didn't get the secondary scoring tonight and Ryan Miller wasn't at his best.

Complete changes coming to our shootout lineup. It's time to get the kids in there because franky, there is no where to go but up!
3 Stars

1 - Ryan Getzlaf (CBJ)
2 - Rick Nash (CBJ)
3 - Derek Roy (BOS)

Probably our best game. Shots for/against have been strong so I've been avoiding making major changes in hopes I start to see results. Need to get on a streak now!

Nice shoot out win against a tough Jackets team. These long games are really taking a toll on the players, lots of them are fatigued.
