Damn, they sure made things interesting at the end! That lucky goal in the first kinda set the tone. Typical Honda Center.
The good thing is that we are back at it tomorrow vs the Sharks.

We played pretty well. They got some bounces go their way and we had bounces go against us. Can't win them all, off to San Jose.

Although a lot of bounces didn't go our way, and a bad goal was let in at a bad time, and we hit a post late in the third, and a goal didn't count, and we are missing a lot of our starting roster... We need to start playing a full 60 minutes. Playing only the third period is going to result in a lot more losses.
Edit: I don't mean to say the Flames played terrible - because they didn't. Just that clearly the Flames have the ability to play better, as demonstrated in the third. It would be nice to see that more consistently.

So what are the "relaxed rules" regarding kicked in pucks? I'm not convinced Gaudreau even saw the puck.

They never give up! A couple lucky bounces for the Ducks and a bad goal allowed ultimately was the difference. Let's go get the Sharks tomorrow!

Don't think Gaudreau was trying to kick it. Have seen lots of intentional skate redirects called as goals.
