I also hate Brian Hayward. He's been calling penalties on the Flames for the last couple of minutes that just didn't happen. The best was the last one saying Gaudreau "sold" that last call with a head snap, implying he embellished.

Strange, usually the general consensus is exactly the opposite. I've heard a lot of people talk about him playing like a player well beyond his age and experience.

I've noticed quite a few times this season where the opposing player is alone and behind the net with the puck and our defensemen are by the posts, but not pressuring the puck carrier. Is that by design or what?
