Casting Off The Honda Center Curse

It has been almost 11 years since the Flames left the Honda Center with 2 points in their pocket (actual date was January 19, 2004).
Casting off this curse will be another symbolic notch in this rebuild and a win in Anaheim will add another 2 valuable points as they work towards making the playoffs this season.

May Mickey the wizard remove this hex from the Flames and lay it on Rene Bourque!

If we can play all our periods like they were being down 2-0, yes.
 Anybody ####s the bed, nope.

This is probably the first year where I am confident we can snag at least one win from the 2 times we play them there.

Going to be weird playing the Ducks at home on a weekday evening.
Seems like we're always going there and getting spanked on a Sunday afternoon for some reason..

I remember Conroy had 4 assists that game. Before that win we hadn't won there in quite some time. I think we have 1 win there in the last 15 years or so.

I am guessing that Hiller would get the start against the Ducks and Ramo will get the Sharks game. The most impressive of the two goalies would most likely get the Coyotes game on Saturday.

Even though I want to see more Ramo in net, I think Hiller gives us our best shot at taking this game. I don't expect to win, but the again I haven't expected to win a lot of the games we've won.

If this curse gets broken, they should probably just start planning the Stanley Cup parade.

Cerrano's looking for some extra power for tonight. He's looking to sacrifice a live chicken. Hey Jake, man, we can't have people puking in the locker room before the game!

I'm not optimistic but if this really happens... I'm going to rub it in the faces of all the ducks fans at work, it will be glorious. Also, if they win I'm going to order a new jersey immediately (probably Monahan or Brodie).
 GFG!

I think the key to shaking this curse is scoring more goals than the musclular waterfowl

If the first game doesn't work, I will do my best to reverse the curse in January when I go.
