Oh for sure... just the sprawl to try and break up the pass was terrible.

In Phaneuf related news, the guys out in Toronto on the Fan590 were saying today that the Leafs need to blow things up (Kessel and Phaneuf) and that "if you watch Phaneuf play defense, he should be wearing white gloves because he's just directing traffic around him like traffic cops do." Ha.

Ference $3.25M for the next 2.

Fayne $3.625M for the next 3.

That's a defense you can build around.

Good example of the swarm, as all 6 Oilers hound the ref.

Eakins should be able to spin this kicked in goal into some good post game excuses.

Canuck fans are the worst in the league for turning around to cheer. Just total losers.

Lol the Oiler fans cheer and the ref isn't even finished calling it a no goal.

I dislike the Oilers, but I dislike the Canucks more, and them leap frogging over the Flames in the standings is more irritating than an Oilers win.

The rules say it shouldn't be a goal, but that seems like bull#### to me. Miller ended up knocking the puck in. It should count.

Hypothetically of course (because this probably wouldn't even happen to the Oilers) if someone kicked the puck from the hashmarks and it hit the goalie and went in, would it count?

I think anything that doesn't reward kicking with skates on is probably a good rule. When it goes off the hand and then off an opposing player it should be another story.
