So far this game is an ugly lesson on where the team sits in the league.
I love their compete and sticktoitiveness, but they are just outmatched by the size, speed and skill of this Anaheim club.
They can almost compete in terms of skill, which is impressive, but the other two facets are tough to overcome.

If they can hang in there until a lucky bounce goes their way, this game is still winnable. Not getting any real chances though.

I agree we're definitely outmatched in the size and skill department, but for the most part I'd argue that the Flames are the faster team.

This has to be the best effort I've seen the Flames give as a complete team this season. Hasn't shown in the results yet, and they clearly aren't dictating play by any means, but down to a man these guys are playing their hearts out. Beauty to watch
