Next week is Cabela's friends and family discount week. If you get one of the friends and family discount cards, you get a pretty healthy discount at their fudge counter. It's about 20-30% if I recall. 40 flavours. $16.00 gets you 6 pieces normally.
Note: The discount is the only healthy part of the fudge counter

One-pound Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, found at Safeway.
I don't even like these very much--waaay too sweet. It was kind of one of those things that I grabbed on an impulse (after I saw a pic on Twitter.) Into the freezer you go.

I had candycane oreos yesterday.
Little shards of real candycane in the frosting.
The box is gone now.

I made this on Saturday night:
What is that, you say? Kouign Amman, a Breton pastry dish that consists of the following: Bread dough, butter and sugar. It's essentially a croissant with layers and layers of sugar mixed in, then rolled like a cinnamon bun and then baked until the sugars caramalize.
You're welcome.

I tried to find these. I was unsuccessful.
Consolation prize was Birthday Cake Oreos.
They weren't bad.

Only see them in the huge bags in Safeway and Shoppers and such, not in reasonably sized bags in convenience stores.

Harvey's doesn't get the credit it deserves. Best fast food burger around IMO.

I still favour Burger King, though they are sliding fast. I hadn't been there in awhile, so I got a whopper combo. The burger was fantastically delicious, but the fries were disappointing. They batter them or something. On top of that, they changed their sizes. The medium that comes with the combo is embarrassing. You get like 8 fries. I should have upsized the fries to a large and gotten 10 fries.

I can't remember if it was last year or the year before, but Oreo put out a holiday Oreo with mint filling and dipped in chocolate.
First time I ever came close to finishing a box of cookies in one sitting.
