The Canadiens are playing well, and I find it interesting that the Flames outplayed them in 2 games.

Hey did anyone know that Boyd Gordon 'gets really low' when he takes faceoffs? Amazing!

Panthers laying a beat down on the Ducks, 6-1 one now mid-way through the 3rd. Ducks will not be in a good mood coming into the Saddledome on Tues nite.

Wins and losses are measured by corsi! The oilers are "whipping" the Coyotes. Goals are irrelevant

Boudreau is so bad with goalies it's not even funny.

Haha, I loved that it as well, it just sounded like such a planned (almost robotic) thing so say. It's almost like MacTavish slipped Hall a fifty and asked him to plant it in the interview. Now we can't claim their "medical staff" rushed him back into the lineup or half-assed his recovery like they've done so often.

Oilers are really racking up the Corsi here.

Edmonton style victory.

i've often wondered as teams/players start to know they'll be judged on these shot stats if they'll adjust their game to fire more low percentage shots to up their rating on these stats.

Maybe just stand behind their net with the puck to increase possession stats.

With Florida creaming the Ducks, maybe we're catching the Ducks at a good time when we play them twice in the next 10 days.

Oilers are just awful. Key scoring opportunities and the forwards choose to try and make the pretty play. More than once now Hall has had prime scoring opportunities wasted because he went for the fancy toe drag.

Just a stupid, stupid hockey team. Lowest IQ in the league. That is why they are no good.

Dubnyk beating the Oilers would be fun considering how they threw him under the bus and ran him out of town.

That's only if you watch them play. They might look incredibly dumb on the ice but on score adjusted special-smart% they rate very high.

There is no key metric to measure stupid.
