Kessel scored but is a -2. Clearly contributing his share. The Leafs need to cut ties with their leadership guys. Kessel might score goals but he can't find the defensive zone and is lost when he does find it.

Kessel and Phaneuf are probably the two worst choices to build your franchise around. Perhaps the two most overrated, overpaid and one dimensional players in the NHL.
