For anyone going to use the L90 boost on a new toon. If the toon is L60 or above your primary crafting skills and First Aid will also be boosted to 600.

For me, 3 will be discovering the game all over again. I took about a year off and I look forward to rediscovering everything I enjoyed about the game. I'm going to take things slow, read all the quests and enjoy the story.
My wife and I will be playing while our little guy naps, so there won't be much time to play right away - but it'll be a fun virtual date night here and there!

That's for the patch, there is no option 2 anymore.
When you log in you will be offered a quest to go to blasted lands dark portal, you enter the portal and off you go. About an hour later you are at your garrison. I can't wait, I played beta up to 92 and I am excited to get in there.

Worst part about this is that my wife is still on mat leave and will likely be 2 hours ahead of me by the time I get home after work!

I just ran heroic Siege last night (1st time) and I got the heroic heirloom staff (I know everyone gets one on their first run but people are charging/paying 5-8k gold for runs to get these heirlooms). have fun questing and leveling guys!

YEah some ally dudes from Proudmoore were spamming trade this past weekend that they'd done 350 heroic runs @ 5000 per player and they were running 7-8 carries at a time. Figure for the sake of argument 8 players average for 40K gold per run = 3300 per guild member per carry x 350 runs sounds like about 1.2million in gold profits per player for doing the carries.

Forgot it went live tonight, too. Was playing around on my warrior, and the next thing I know, it's WoD time. On my Alliance server, got through the initial stuff to the garrison no problem. On my Horde server...had to give up just short of the garrison, as there were so many people in the area it was one of the worst clusterfata's I've seen, and I've seen most of the launches for Blizz.

The forums are full of people complaining about the lag and server instability. Apparently the queue times are pretty bad as well. Pretty typical for any launch though.

 Apparently, they lowered population caps on the servers for some instability issues causing major queue times. I'm on a low-medium server and this is what I get.
Heard the high pop servers have queues in the 5000s.

I've been through all of the expansions: BC, WotLK, Cata, MoP and now this.
This is nothing new, with the lag, queue times, etc.
You think by now they would get it right. They've had lots of practice.
I realize there's an influx of players, but Blizzard should have their servers ready. They know this is going to happen. There really is no excuse.
