The lady was a complete moron and deserves a felony charge, she also looks like the one that started it, and we saw how things spiraled out of control.
He'll get a fine, pay it and move on.
If she's found guilty of a felony that will follow her around for a loooong time even if she's only fined.

Um did you watch the video? He was assaulted first by two different people. Swinging at someone is trying to hurt him. The charge is BS.

I doubt that charge could stick, the video clearly shows him not only defending himself, but holding back and calming white knight once the assault is stopped.

In NY, you run into weirdos and whackos pretty much every day...and you quickly learn the best way to deal with people like this is to just remove yourself from the situation (or act like nothing is happening, like the one girl in the black jacket by the door). Getting involved in every drama you see played out every day would eventually have some really crappy consequences for you. The smartest one was the dude at the beginning of the video who knew something was up and moved away early.

We all know (I hope) that "white knight" is a term used by anonymous internet tough guys as an ineffectual insult aimed at men who are not sexist weirdos.
