I don't know, he knows he is a goon, with some upside. His role on this team is certainly diminished compared to last year. I would even say that the role might not exist on this team right now. He will be expected at this time to support the rookies that are taking his position.
I am a huge McGratton fan and don't want to see fighting eliminated, but this team is doing just fine right now without the fighting.
Oh I'm not disputing that. I'm thinking much more short term. He plays against Carolina and we have just Diaz as a healthy scratch. Then get home after that and assess the situation with Colborne and Raymond before making any roster moves like calling up Poirer, sending Sven back down, either placing Setoguchi on the IR or waiving him etc. I find it daft that people want to call up Poirer for potentially 1 game before the likes of Colborne and Raymond might be fit enough to come off the IR list. Leave him in Addy until we are back home, bar anymore injuries in the next few days obviously.

I rather they called someone up just in case somebody gets sick or injured on game day. I don't care who it is. What I don't want to see is something like I just said going down and they end up using Diaz as a forward.

I'd take the risk. If it did come down to Diaz having to play as a winger on the 4th line, all you do is just limit that lines ice time to around 5 minutes. Don't see any harm in giving the top 3 lines 15-19 minutes of ice time. Or if its a D-man, well its a like for like swap.
Realistically though, you're right, they'll probably call someone up if none of the injured players are fit enough to replace Seto.
Alright they are almost ready. Got it. Good to know both are close to returning. CP insiders
Who's P****d in your chips?
Colborne had a wrist injury, but the brace was removed 2 days ago, source Roger Millions on twitter. He was skating with his stick as of November 3rd, source Derek Willis on twitter. So you don't have to be an insider to come to the conclusion that he isn't far away. Jesus dude, don't be a do uche.

That's all I wanted to know. Thanks man. Any actual news on Raymond yet?
Well, we likely saw Setoguchi's last game as a Flame.
I think it's unlikely the Flames let an injury end a guy's time here, they're a better organization than that. They'll give at least a few when he gets back to confirm the Setoguchi experiment as over.
