I get CI and I was watching that game on SN-Ont for some reason, even though I'm in B.C. It was on a bunch of channels.

Not for me in Calgary. Didn't become available until the Oilers finished their game.

Speaking of cellies after a goal, was Gordon humping the other Oilers leg after scoring the go ahead goal? Nothing about that team is any good...

Yeah, that's strange. Should have been available for you somewhere. Like you said, it's kind of the point of purchasing it in the first place, so you can watch pretty much every game live.

The Chicago announcer said it was a 'revolting development'

Is their announcer Chester Riley?
edit: that's a really esoteric joke

I've never seen this new announcer on Sportsnet Central. She's got some pretty big pipes on her!

I laughed when the announcer said it. I used to listen to lots of old radio shows.

I missed Washington's second and third goal. I figured nothing was going to happen during the last minute and changed the channel to avoid watching the intermission show.

I mentioned in my earlier post, the other regional channels are unlocked so the Capitals-Blackhawks game was seen on those channels. The Sports 1 package from Shaw Cable has the other Sportsnet regional channels or can be ordered individually for $3.00 a month.
Kootenay, my guess is that you have the Shaw package or similar with another carrier. Arya Stark, this approach Rogers is taking is to make you purchase those extra channels (Sportsnet regional channels, SN 360, and FX Canada).

The Coyotes-Ducks game is entertaining to watch. The Ducks had a 2-0 lead after the first period. The Coyotes scored two goals in 58 seconds to tie the game 2-2 in the second period.
The Red Wings beat the Devils 4-2 as the Red Wings power play was the key to the game scoring two goals with the man-advantage.

Mike Smith was terrific in net (37 saves) for the Coyotes as they hung on and won 3-2 in the shootout. The penalty killing by the Coyotes in the third period was strong as they killed off three penalties.

The "revolting development"
About 5 minutes to go in 2nd...bad pinch by Seabrook leads to a 2 on 1...Burakovsky with a perfect shot, over the glove, under the bar.
About 50 seconds to go in 2nd...Johansson throws one towards the top of the crease, from the RW faceoff dot...finds Seabrook's stick...own goal
About 4 seconds to go in the 2nd...Niskanen rips one from the Right Point...perfect tip by Ward.
About that Chicago Announcer, Pat Foley...He is to be the next recipient of the Foster Hewitt Memorial Award.
