But, for the time being, Benning isn't looking too bad on a trade where his hand was forced and he had zero leverage.

Isn't it nice to see two Western Canadian teams tied for second in the Pacific (even if they're both likely to regress)? I didn't imagine that as being a realistic possibility either.

Vancouver gonna have to dig deep this road trip. They're swinging through California.

Just got a chance to watch the 'Hawks/Habs game...Montreal was a hot mess, one good shift in the 1st, and then the team disappeared. It seemed like Price was the only guy that cared...if he wasn't f'n amazing on a bunch of saves, this could have had a 8 or 9-0 final.

Habs coverage really stunk, 'Hawks had inside position on all 5 goals.

Crawford, a Montreal native, gets his 1st hometown SO.

The Habs had 2 embellishment calls that were completely unnecessary, as the Blackhawk penalties were obvious, without the dramatics. Two more calls and MT gets tagged with a fine.

Emelin crushed Sharp with a clean hit, Sharp couldn't put weight on his right leg, and was helped off the ice. No clear details have been announced.

'Hawk Goals: Toews, Kane, Richards, and Versteeg x 2.
